My approach is trauma-informed, recognising how past experiences can shape present challenges, while prioritising safety, collaboration, and a pace that feels right for each client. My therapeutic style is compassionate and gentle, while also being appropriately active and directive. I tailor therapy to each individual’s needs and work collaboratively toward their goals, with the aim of offering an authentic therapeutic experience that supports clients to build a life of balance, alignment, and fulfilment.  I use a range of therapeutic approaches, blending both the mind and body, to address the underlying factors contributing to a person’s difficulties. This way of working focuses on the cause, not just the symptoms. Therapies such as Schema Therapy explore the roots of unhelpful patterns and behaviours, while Somatic Therapies support reconnection with the body, present-moment awareness, and emotional experience. I have experience working with a range of presentations, including anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, and stress. I am particularly passionate about supporting clients with relationship difficulties, both romantic and non-romantic. This includes navigating patterns in dating, understanding feelings of being stuck or unfulfilled in your love life, building and maintaining healthy relationships, and improving communication.   While I am a Clinical Psychologist by qualification, at my core I am deeply committed to personal growth and self-care. I aim to create a space for people to feel their emotions, speak their truth, and cultivate a deeper sense of satisfaction and peace in their lives. When I’m not working with clients, I continue to deepen my knowledge psychology and wellbeing through professional development, reading, and connecting with like-minded practitioners. Outside of the therapy room, you’ll find me exercising and engaging in somatic practices such as breathwork and movement, which help me slow down and stay connected to my body. I also love baking (it’s my version of non-verbal therapy) and spending time with family and friends.</image:caption>
