Experience with Claire.
I provide individual therapy for young adults (18+) and adults seeking lasting change. I utilise both talk and body-based therapies through 50 minute sessions, drawing on a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities which are tailored to meet your individual needs. I help you learn about how your brain and mind work, support you to understand your emotional and behavioural responses, and incorporate techniques and tools to assist you along the way.
I treat any concern, small or big, with the same level of care, understanding, and compassion. I have particular strengths working with: anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life adjustments, seeking clarification around life decisions, perfectionism, low self-esteem and low confidence, and managing stress.
I also offer specialised treatment for relationship difficulties with a key focus on understanding what underlying beliefs are getting in the way of finding and/or keeping the love you desire.
