Experience with Claire.
I provide individual therapy for young adults (18+) and adults seeking meaningful and lasting change. I offer 50 minute sessions that integrate both talk and body-based approaches, drawing on a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to your individual needs. I support you to better understand your emotional and behavioural responses, and to develop practice tools to help you navigate life’s challenges.
I approach all concerns - whether small or significant - with the same level of care, understanding, and compassion. I have particular strengths in working with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, uncertainty around life decisions, perfectionism, low self-esteem, low confidence, and stress management.
I also offer specialised treatment for relationship difficulties, with a focus on understanding the underlying beliefs and patterns that may be getting in the way of forming or maintaining the relationships you want.
