Experience with Claire.
Claire provides individual therapy for young adults (18+) and adults seeking lasting change. She utilises talk-based therapies through 50 minute sessions, drawing on a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities which are tailored to meet your individual needs. Claire helps you learn about how your brain and mind work, supports you to understand your emotional and behavioural responses, and incorporates techniques and tools to assist you along the way.
At Claire Hurwitz Psychology, we treat any concern, small or big, with the same level of care, understanding, and compassion. Claire has particular strengths working with: anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life adjustments, seeking clarification around life decisions, perfectionism, low self-esteem and low confidence, and managing stress.
We also offer specialised treatment for relationship difficulties with a key focus on understanding what underlying beliefs are getting in the way of finding and/or keeping the love you desire.
